Rights & Obligations of Investors

Last updated: 29 September 2026.

This page sets out what you are entitled to when you invest through Rytvae Consulting, what we ask of you in return, and what we commit to. Srinivas Kambhampati is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-265474, EUIN E091320) and works under the brand Rytvae Consulting, a proprietorship. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.

Your rights as an investor

  • Complete and accurate information about a mutual fund scheme — the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) — before you invest. These are available on SEBI's website and on each AMC's website.
  • Disclosure of the commission we receive. Our scheme-wise commission disclosure is published on this site.
  • Transaction confirmations from the AMC or RTA, and the Consolidated Account Statement (CAS).
  • Risk profiling before any recommendation, and only suggestions suitable for your profile.
  • An Unsuitability Communication in writing if you choose to invest in a product beyond your assessed risk profile.
  • Switching from a Regular Plan to a Direct Plan, or changing your distributor, at any time.
  • Privacy and protection of your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — including access, correction and erasure, subject to regulatory retention periods. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Raising a complaint through our grievance redressal process, and escalating to SEBI SCORES or SMART ODR if you are not satisfied.

Your obligations as an investor

  • Provide accurate personal, financial and KYC information.
  • Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
  • Answer the risk-profiling questions honestly.
  • Tell us promptly about changes in your contact details, bank account, nominee, financial circumstances or risk appetite.
  • Understand that all mutual fund investments are subject to market risk and that no return is guaranteed.
  • Keep copies of your transaction documents and statements.
  • Keep your login credentials for any transaction platform confidential, and report any unauthorised transaction immediately.

Our obligations to you

  • Act in your interest and comply with SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines and the AMFI Code of Conduct for mutual fund distributors.
  • Give you transparent and complete information about schemes and their risks.
  • Disclose all commissions we receive.
  • Carry out proper risk profiling and check suitability before suggesting any scheme.
  • Process your transactions promptly through NSE Invest (NMF II) and the AMC/RTA channels.
  • Keep your information confidential as set out in our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
  • Run a grievance redressal mechanism with defined timelines.
  • Never make misleading statements, and never promise or guarantee returns.
