Srinivas Kambhampati, working under the brand Rytvae Consulting, is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-265474, EUIN E091320) providing distribution services for mutual fund schemes. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Any information provided is general in nature and incidental to distribution.
Services are available to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and who meet the KYC requirements prescribed under SEBI and PMLA regulations.
You are responsible for providing accurate information; completing KYC; reading all scheme documents before investing; maintaining confidentiality of login credentials for any transaction platform; reporting unauthorised access immediately; and informing us of changes in personal details or risk appetite.

Trail commission is received from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. It is part of the scheme’s Base Expense Ratio (BER) and does not increase your investment cost. No separate fee is charged for distribution services. Details are on our Disclosures & disclaimers page.
Your data is handled as per the Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
